In regards to greenware when purchased on our website. Greenware purchases are soft fired, packaged with care, and sent Ground Shipping (unless otherwise requested shipping by customer). Greenware purchases are at the customer's risk. We do not replace greenware items. If you purchase greenware item(s) and you receive them damaged, your shipping insurance may cover to replace the item but we hold the right to refuse to produce and ship the item again in greenware. We list greenware on our site for the convenience of all of our customers, both our local area and the World Wide Web, therefore, we hold the right to refuse to fill an order for greenware when we feel that an item will break in shipping.
In regards to orders we receive. We do appreciate the interest we receive from so many people to purchase our bisque and greenware items, but we hold the right to refuse any order that we receive.
In regards to very large orders. We do accept large orders, but they are placed in order in which they were received. We receive many orders and feel that all our orders are important, therefore, we will not allow orders that are in process to be stopped or held so a very large order can be processed immediately.
When purchasing from our website. We produce our items as we receive orders for those items. We do try to keep some items on our shelves so they are ready to be shipped, but orders are arriving from our website constantly which at times depletes our shelves of ready-to-ship items, therefore, we are back to producing the items as the orders are received. We know that our customers are excited about receiving their orders, but we believe that our customers also want a quality product. We use great care to produce each item and time is one of the requirements necessary to produce a high-quality item when it comes to producing a ceramic greenware or bisque item. In respect to this, our items may take much longer to receive than our customers anticipate. Please try to place your orders with us as far in advance as possible for ample time to produce and ship the item(s).
We do not have a policy of "your satisfaction guaranteed" with our product(s). We produce every item with care and quality. We produce an item as we would want it produced for ourselves, but this varies from individual to individual. Therefore, your purchase from us is at your own risk. If you receive an item and have a comment, please contact us. If you receive an item(s) and are happy with your purchase, let us know. We would like to hear from you regardless of your comment. Please keep in mind All Sales are Final.
When you purchase with a Credit Card, our policy is: When you select items from our website or any item we sell in our shop to purchase with your credit card (such as adding them to our shopping cart or submitting an Order Form to us or placing a telephone or email order with us), you are hereby authorizing us, Homegrown Creations and/or Your Ceramic Touch (our company), to charge your credit card for the total of your order and for the cost of packing materials and shipping costs. When you Submit an order to Homegrown Creations and/or Your Ceramic Touch, you agree to our Purchase Policy and our Credit Card policy.
In regards to abandoned Orders. If we receive an order from a customer to be processed, the customer is responsible for providing a shipping address for the order to be shipped to. The customer is also responsible for providing us with a "change of address" if the customer moves from the original shipping address given to us with their order at the time that they submitted the order to us to a "new shipping address" to ship the order when the order is ready to ship to their address. If we receive an order with no shipping address to ship the order to, we will make an attempt to contact the customer with the information that the customer has provided with their order to contact them. If we receive no response from the attempt to contact the customer that placed the order or submitted the order, the item(s) in that order will be put back on the shelf to be resold and a restocking fee will be charged. If an order is processed and shipped to the address given with the order and that order is returned to us from the courier for reasons that the package could not be delivered to that addressed for any reason or the package could not be delivered because the Addressee has moved with or without a forwarding address, the order will be unpackaged and the items will be put back on the selling shelves. In both cases described above the customer has abandoned the order and will be responsible to contact us to reinstate the order, pay any restocking fees applied, and pay any additional shipping and packaging charges necessary to ship or re-ship their order.
