All of our Hand-Poured Pieces are Made in the U.S.A. Therefore, our items for sell are handmade and require time to produce and have to be purchased in advance for you to enjoy painting your order for hobby ceramic pieces.
When you our browsing our website to see our Huge Selection of Ready-to-Paint Bisque, read the information provided. It will tell you when that item is expected to ship out. The information below will help explain the description and is located at the bottom of every page you browse to purchase items on our website. Read below for these descriptions:
Ready-to-Ship means the item or items can be shipped out next business day.
Quantity Available means the item or items can be shipped out in about 10 business days.
Made-to-Order means it is not available to ship. It is a special order and will take from 6 weeks to 8 weeks to ship out. All bulk orders are "Made-to-Order" orders. All orders are subject to a 35% re-stocking fee or a 15% Rush Order fee,. If you place an order with our website or shop and then choose to CANCEL your order, your re-stocking fee will be charged to you at time of Refund. You must provide us with a 2 week notice of your deadline date for a RUSH order to be put into place for your order or your order will ship out as scheduled. The website clearly indicates expected production times for our hand-made items. Due to excessive abuse, we will enforce these costs to you at time of cancellation.
Temporarily Unavailable means that there are TOO many orders in for this item at this time and NO more orders are being taken for this item at this time.

I want to place an Order and pay with PayPal.
1. Add items to the shopping cart. (Either use the Back button or return to website link to continue to shop)
2. When you have finished adding items to the shopping cart and updated quantities, click the PayPal button to move to the PayPal website to pay for your Order with PayPal. If you have any comments, leave them in the comment section in the PayPal Payment page.

I want to place an Order and pay with my Credit Card (not with PayPal)
You have two options: 1. Send your credit card information with our Credit Card Information Form or 2. Contact us by Telephone to give us your Credit Card Information.
For Option 1.:
1. Add items to the shopping cart. (Either use the Back button or return to website link to continue to shopping)
2. When you are finished Shopping, click to button to E-Mail your order to us.
3. In the Comment Section of the Personal Information Section, state that you would like to pay with your credit card information. Submit your order.
4. At the next Window (the Thank You window), click the "Continue Shopping" or "Return to Website" link and Click on our link to go to the Order Information page. On the Order Information Page, click on the link to "Pay for my order with my Credit Card." Fill out the Credit Card Information and "Submit" the form
For Option 2.:
Perform Steps 1.,2. and 3., then contact us by telephone to give us your credit card information.

I want to place an Order using your Order Form and pay with my Credit Card
1. After going to the Ordering Information Page and clicking on the link to our Order Form, fill out the Order Form with as much information about the items you want to order and the quantity for each item you want to order.
2. Fill out the area for Credit Card information with your credit card information.
3. Fill out the Shipping Information on the form with your telephone number and email address.
4. Submit the form.

1. Contact us by telephone at our toll-free number 1-866-478-7618 to place your order.
2. If you get our voice mail, leave a message with your name and telephone number so that we can return your call. We will call you for your order information

I want to Place an Order and pay with a Money Order.
You have two options: 1. Submit your Shopping Cart Order by clicking the E-Mail Order button and place in the Comment Section of the Personal Information Check-Out Page that you would like to pay with Money Order. When we have received your order with your Comment, we will email you with the address to send your Payment.

2. Submit your Shopping Cart Order by clicking the E-Mail Order button and place in the Comment Section of the Personal Information Check-Out Page that you would like to pay by Money Order. At the final Check-Out Page, click to return to Website. Go to our Order Information Page. At the bottom of the page we provide our address for you to mail your Money Order for payment of your order.
